Exchange & Return Policy

We pack so much love and passion into our boutique that we hope you will always love your purchase. In the event that you would like to return or exchange your item we have the following options available:

- In the event you have ordered the incorrect size or changed your mind about a purchase we offer an exchange or credit note for the full amount of your item. - Please note we do not refund purchases.

- Your item must be returned to us within 7 days from the date you received your purchase.

- Your return must be in unworn/unused condition with all tags intact. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted and returned to the customer.

- In the unlikely event of a fault in the product, we ask you to email us at. All faulty/damaged stock will be dealt with at the discretion of Humphrey & Lulu Boutique. If deemed faulty we will replace the product if the stock is available or offer a store credit.

- Store credits and gift vouchers are redeemable for 3 years and can be used online, over the phone or instore.

- Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear and any undergarments are unable to be returned or exchanged.

- Please note items marked as 'on sale' on our website are final markdowns and are not available for exchange, refund or credit notes.

* Please ensure you take care when sending your items back to us. Humphrey & Lulu Boutique take no responsibility for damaged or lost goods. We take extra special care when packing our precious wares and ensure they are in immaculate condition when leaving our workshop.

We offer free drop off from Crows Nest to Toowoomba on certain days and also in-store pick up. Please leave a note in the check out section if you have selected in-store pick up or free local delivery.

We strongly recommend using a registered post option when returning your purchases.

Return postage costs are the responsibility or the customer.

 

Custom Headwear Returns

 Every item made in our workshop is a result of many hours of careful planning, hard work and delicate crafting. As your hat/headpiece comes to life, we send through final photos for your approval. Once approved, we do not refund, exchange or give credit notes for custom made pieces.

Please be aware that pieces may differ slightly to images on the website, however we do our best to capture true size, colour and content. If you feel an item is faulty in any way, we require contact within one week of receiving your order and the headpiece must be put in the post at your end within 7 days of making contact with us.
